The Sports & Entertainment Institute (TSEI), a division of The Real Estate Network International, Inc., is a Florida-licensed professional education provider.
Headquartered in Coral Springs, Florida, TSEI was founded by Octavia McDougle, a licensed Real Estate Broker and Mortgage Broker in Florida and Georgia, State-Approved Real Estate Instructor, and HUD-Certified Housing Counselor.
TSEI operates under the corporate umbrella of The Real Estate Network International, Inc., an active Florida corporation established in 2004. McDougle also serves as Director of the McDougle Technical Institute School of Real Estate (License #ZH1002188), bringing over 23 years of experience in real estate, mortgage finance, education, workforce development, and athlete transition to the organization.
Our foundation combines professional expertise in real estate, education, and athlete development to create an innovative bridge between sports, business, and life after the game.
